1lb ground beef

2 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoon liquid smoke

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon ground lemon pepper

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon coriander

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cayenne pepper
Method

In a bowl, combine the ground beef with all the other ingredients.

Divide the beef mixture into four portions.

Fold the beef in a piece of parchment paper and rool to around 1/4 of an inch thick.

Flip the beef into you dehudrator and repeat with the other three portions.

Dry at 165°F for 4 hours.

Slice the dried beef into jerky strips.
