Ingredients

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cayenne pepper

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef with all the other ingredients.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into four portions.
  3. Fold the beef in a piece of parchment paper and rool to around 1/4 of an inch thick.
  4. Flip the beef into you dehudrator and repeat with the other three portions.
  5. Dry at 165°F for 4 hours.
  6. Slice the dried beef into jerky strips.
