Ingredients
- 250g raspberries
- 110g sugar
- 150ml milk
- 300ml cream
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Method
- Add raspberries, sugar and milk to a bowl.
- Whisk slowly to mash the raspberries.
- Add the cream and cornstarch and continue whisking.
- Place the bowl in the fridge for around 30 mins to chill.
- Remove from fridge and pour the raspberry mixture into your ice-cream maker and let it do its thing for 10-20 minutes.
