Ingredients

  • 250g raspberries
  • 110g sugar
  • 150ml milk
  • 300ml cream
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Method

  1. Add raspberries, sugar and milk to a bowl.
  2. Whisk slowly to mash the raspberries.
  3. Add the cream and cornstarch and continue whisking.
  4. Place the bowl in the fridge for around 30 mins to chill.
  5. Remove from fridge and pour the raspberry mixture into your ice-cream maker and let it do its thing for 10-20 minutes.
