Ingredients
(makes 3/4 cup of dressing)
1/2 cup mayo (see
our 5-minute mayo recipe

30g grated parmesan (1/2 – 1 cup)
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 clove minced garlic
2 anchovy fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Method
Grate the parmesan.
Combine all the ingredients (except the olive oil) in a jar slightly wider than your immersion blender.
Place the immersion blender into the jar.
pour in the olive oil.
Blend for 15-30 seconds.
Store in the fridge.Shake vigourously to revitalize it before using
