Ingredients

    (makes 3/4 cup of dressing)

  • 1/2 cup mayo (see our 5-minute mayo recipe)
  • 30g grated parmesan (1/2 – 1 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Method

  1. Grate the parmesan.
  2. Combine all the ingredients (except the olive oil) in a jar slightly wider than your immersion blender.
  3. Place the immersion blender into the jar.
  4. pour in the olive oil.
  5. Blend for 15-30 seconds.
  6. Store in the fridge.Shake vigourously to revitalize it before using
